45 min Bodywork Clinic: Sessions Hosted by Alumni of the Healing Arts School

The art of unwinding through footwork is a one-of-a-kind experience of expansive emotional and physical release. This technique opens blocks in the body are being addressed, creating a place for deep opening and unlocking. The result is release of dormant energy  — the body regains its vitality and strength and the mind becomes light, creative and balanced. Extremely effective in reducing muscle soreness, creating more fluidity and deep grounding.

Graduates of the Healing Arts Program at Helsinki Healing Arts School emerge as skilled somatic therapists and holistic healing practitioners. Through immersive training in body-based modalities, energy work, and trauma-informed practices, alumni are equipped to guide others on their healing journeys. They now offer somatic unwinding and support others in reconnecting with their bodies through integrative healing practices.

Night Thinking with Simo Vassinen

A grounding and energizing workshop mixing active meditation, somatic chaos, techno and ambient soundscapes, streams of consciousness, and deep listening to explore a shared question. We look for a mindshift through the body and release the everyday mind of its filters – drawing inspiration from rave culture, age-old techniques of ecstasy, and muscular bonding. We go into a frequency of the Night to help us in our Day. What does the question look like at the end of a two-hour portal? Bring a pen and notebook.

Simo Vassinen is a performer, choreographer, bodyworker and somatic facilitator with a background in futures research, journalism and many dancefloors.  He presents his body-forward projects in Helsinki, Berlin and beyond (ImPulsTanz, Solstice, Sophiensaele, Kiasma, Ateneum x UrbanApa, Uferstudios, R4, ODDfest, Aalto University, Demos Helsinki).

Somatic Ecstatic Dance with Ellariina Rautio

The body longs to move—it is built for rhythm, for resonance, for release. Through Somatically guided intentional movement, we open pathways to expression and unlock each person’s unique, primal vibration. Here, we use breath, elements, and somatization as anchors. We guide dances that are not choreographed, but discovered, where sensation leads and gravity catches us. This is not performance. This is not perfection. This is Dance, as it wishes to be. We dance.

Ellariina Rautio is a space holder for somatic movement practices, DJ, and emotional skills trainer. She teaches yoga and Shake the Dust classes at Pranama Helsinki and Kattojooga. With a background in communication and group dynamics, Ellariina creates spaces for authentic encounters. Her work weaves together embodiment, emotional awareness, and immersive soundscapes.

In therapy, you can pause and explore themes related to your sexuality, while receiving reflection, support, and psycho education. Sex therapy is a space where all parts of you are met as they are, and where you may find answers within yourself — and perhaps a path back to your own sexual blueprint.

Tiina Svensk is a sex therapist who works especially with themes of desire, lack of desire, embodiment, and shame. Her energy is gentle yet direct: she brings even the most difficult topics to the surface and creates a space where you can be fully seen as you are.
