Qi Gong + Reiki Meditation
FRIDAY 19.15—20.30 / ENG / HEALING ARTS CENTER
The words above are sources of inspiration and the key of my Reiki Qigong exercise which aimes to create harmony between our body, mind and spirits and which is based on circular and spirale body movements and deep breathing. The practice releases muscle tension and thus helps to create an energetic body through torus energy field, which allows the body to resonate with Reiki healing energy. We will meditate to the tender sound of Cristal singing bowl and Katakamuna Utahi (ancient Japanese poems which talks about Law of Universe). The vibration and frequency of the Cristal bowl, my voice chanting Katakamuna together with Reiki energy bring deep relaxation and purifies both the body and our aura.
This Reiki Qigong practice uses circular and spiral movements with deep breathing to harmonize body, mind, and spirit. It releases tension, activates the torus energy field, and opens the body to Reiki energy. We meditate with the healing sounds of a crystal bowl and ancient Katakamuna chants to support deep relaxation and energetic purification.

Somatic Ecstatic Dance
FRIDAY 19.00—20.30 / FIN + EN / SWEET SPOT STUDIO
To Dance is to Remember. When held with integrity, dance becomes a threshold, a place where we meet ourselves, soften our edges, and silence the inner critic. It’s a living ritual, where music and movement unite to serve healing, community, and connection.
Ecstatic states have always fed the human soul. In the dance, we remember: rapture, emotion, interconnectedness, and the vastness of our true nature. Without access to this, we may search for ecstasy in places that harm rather than heal.
The body longs to move—it is built for rhythm, for resonance, for release. Through Somatically guided intentional movement, we open pathways to expression and unlock each person’s unique, primal vibration.
Here, we use breath, elements, and somatization as anchors. We guide dances that are not choreographed, but discovered, where sensation leads and gravity catches us.
This is not performance. This is not perfection. This is Dance, as it wishes to be. We dance.
Authentic Flow
SATURDAY 12.00—13.30 / FIN + EN / SWEET SPOT STUDIO
Authentic Flow is the art of listening with your whole body, tasting breath, touching sound, and moving with the quiet rhythm of Truth. It is a dance between your inner world and the wider earth, where every gesture becomes a doorway to presence, to home, to rapture.
There is no destination, only the unfolding Now, rising through you as you. Movement reveals what words cannot: a felt sense of belonging, of clarity, of love. Through breath, āsana, incredible soundscape, somatization and intuitive movement/dance, we surrender the mind’s need to know and awaken the body’s wisdom to feel.
This is not about doing more, but becoming the Being more- more here, more true, more alive.
